General Terms of Use (GTU)

  1. Preamble

These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GCU”) govern the access and use of the site Guide Algeria (hereinafter “the Site”).

By accessing the Site and using its services, the user acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.

If the user does not accept these conditions, he must stop using the Site.

The Site Guide Algeria offers:

  • Informative and practical articles on tourism, administrative procedures and investment in Algeria.
  • Free and paid digital guides for travellers, investors and members of the diaspora.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, downloadable digital products do not give rise to any withdrawal period or refund, except in the event of a proven technical malfunction.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those under the jurisdiction of the registered office of Guide Algérie.
